All fees must be paid on time.  If payment is not made on time, a late fee of $10/per day will be assessed.  Please be so kind and pay on time.  It becomes an uncomfortable situation to have to ask to be paid for services rendered.  There will be a $30.00 charge for checks returned due to insufficient funds. Once a check is returned for insufficient funds, daycare will be provided on a cash-basis only. Fees and arrangements are as follows:

• Weekly fee is charged regardless of days used.
   

• Full-time child care rates are based on a 4-5 days, 30+ hour work-week, including holidays and absences from illnesses, and must be paid in full every week.
   

• The part-time rate will apply for all care provided 1-3 days a week provided that the child is in attendance less than 30 hours and must be paid in full every week.
   

• Before/After school rates are just that.  For Erie Elementary and/or schools that only have Kindergarten 2-3 days per week, the rate is higher.  Your child will be in care some full days and some part-time days therefore the rate is $140 per week.   
   

• Casa Powell Family Childcare rates are fair and competitive.  Rates are based on the Cost Survey conducted by the Department of Housing & Human Services Children, Youth & Families Division for Boulder County including Erie, CO.  Survey dated 11/04.
   

• Rates are per child.
   

* For Erie Elementary or schools that only have Kindergarten 2-3 days per week, the rate is higher.   Your child will be in care some full days and some part-time days.  This rate is $140, which consist of the daily drop-in rate of $40 combined with the $75 for PT Childcare. This rate applies if the child is to be picked up and remain in care on days that the child is not in school.  If the child is to only be picked up and dropped off from school then the $75 rate applies.
