I think we are pretty normal...okay maybe not.  We met on a blind date.  As a matter of fact it took over 9 months to set the date up because we were both pretty obtuse about the idea of even going on a blind date.  We'd chatted on the phone for a couple of weeks prior to meeting and I finally warmed up to the idea of going on this "blind date".   We not only met and began to date we got married within six months of the initial meeting. Whirlwind romance at its craziest. Twelve years and two daughters later we are still crazy.  We relocated  from the East Coast to the Wild West in 1998.  I (shamefully) admit that I kicked and screamed the entire way.   We moved back East when our first daughter was born and within a year husband was promoted and we headed West again.  I was ecstatic!  I admit it - I love it here.  It's not the frozen tundra after all.  However, if it keeps people from moving here - I'll say it is.
