Terms & Conditions
Please check Disney's website for information about their hurricane policy in regard to refunding your hotel cost if your trip is disrupted. I can't be responsible for Disney's refund policy, so make sure you understand it before you reserve your rooms, etc. Regarding our group tickets - Disney will work with us on a case-by-case basis to refund our tickets in the event of a hurricane. There are no guarantees, but they'll almost definitely refund our tickets if they experience a direct hit (or anticipated direct hit) from a hurricane right before our arrival or during our stay. If there's just heavy rain from a hurricane, then no, they probably won't refund our tickets - we'll just have to deal with the rain.  Please register with this in mind.

If you decide not to take the trip after paying, a refund is NOT guaranteed. Please read and understand my refund policy (located on Disney page 1) before sending your money!

The registration deadline for this trip is October 1, 2009.

MAKE SURE YOU'VE  READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS!

Disney Youth Educational Programs...

Disney offers many educational programs for student groups. I've chosen the twelve programs listed below for our 2009 trip.  The interest of the group will ultimately determine which programs get scheduled. As programs are close to having the minimum registration, required dates/times will be provided as soon as they are confirmed.

Please read through the descriptions and choose a program for each student (K-12) in your party. One educational program is included in the cost of your group ticket. You may register for additional programs for an extra $23.50 per student, per program.

There is a minimum requirement of 10 students for each program, so I may have to cancel a program if we don't have enough students enrolled. If your student registers for only one program, please choose another program as their second choice in case we don't have enough registrations for their first choice. If your student registers for more than one program, please list them in order of preference (extra program fees will be refunded if we don't have enough registrations for their extra programs).

Note: grade-level requirements before choosing programs; they are enforced by Disney. See each description for the length of each program – each program is a one-day program (programs are not conducted over several days).
